Mount Kilimanjaro is an inactive stratovolcano mountain, the Africa's highest mountain with 5,895m height above the sea level, positioned in the Kilimanjaro National Park located in north-eastern of Tanzania roughly 205 miles south of the equator. Mt.Kilimanjaro is composed of three cones: Kibo, Mawenzi, and Shira and Kibo's summit, Uhuru peak, stands at approximately 19,341 feet above the sea level. Lemosho Route Kilimanjaro

Fortunatly, the Lemosho route is widly regarded as one of the best route to climb Kilimanjaro from 6 to 8 days normally. It offer a stunning views and diverse landscapes. The famous route for its excellent acclimatization profile, allowing climbers to adjust to yje high altitude gradually and avoid the risk of altitude sickness.

Most of the packages used in Lemosho route are 6, 7 & 8 days, this give a chance to a climber to acclimatize before going to the base camp and summit at Uhuru Peak

Marangu Route Kilimanjaro

The oldest route is also known as ''Coca-cola'', the route approach Kilimanjaro from the Southeast. However, it is believed that the route was first used by European exdploreres in the late 19th century. Marangu route is the oldest and considered to be the easiest path on the Mountain. It is the only route which offer sleeping huts in domitory style accomodation, there are 60 bunk beds at Mandara hut & 60 at Kibo Hut, and 120 bunk beds at Horombo Hut. This route is a classic trek to the top of Kilimanjaro and also the most crowded route because the ascent and descent are done on the same path. It starts in tropical rainforest where you may see blue monkeys, passes through moorland and alpine desert before reaching the summit. This route is considered to be the easiest path on the mountain.

Rongai Route-Kilimanjaro

Officially Rongai route is recognized as one of the best routes to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the Rongai Route is approximately 65 kilometers from the foot to the summit, it offer a unique and less-crowded experience for adventures seeking to conquer Africa's highest peak

Orignaly the route established in the northern side of Kilimanjaro and starts from the Rongai gate, which is located near the Kenyan Border. The route passes through a diverse range of landscapes, including rainforest, heath, and alpine desert, this offer a climber breathtaking views and a chance to see unique flora and fauna

The success rate of the Rongai Route is relatively high, with an average success rte of about 85%. However, this may depend on some number of factors such like: fitness level, weather conditions and proper acclimatizaton.

Umbwe Route - Kilimanjaro

The route is considered to be the most challenging trail on the mountain and does not provide stages for acclimatization, it approaches the mountain from the south; it is short and steep and heads direct to the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro. The route receives fewer crowds because of its challenging ascent, and its low success rate. Only the experienced mountaineers are advised to hike using the umbwe route and those familiar with high altitude areas and have enough confidence on their ability to acclimatize quickly.
