Our three days safari trip is well designed to cover all the important wildlife destinations in Tanzania, this safari adventure will commence from moshi/arusha to the haven of elephants; and yellow necked spurfowl, you will then go to Serengeti, the park is believed to hold the largest lion population in Africa, so keep your eyes open for the king of the jungle! The great migration is one of the great features of the park, beginning with the Serengeti then , Ngorongoro Crater.
In our safari package, you will visit the Serengeti national park. It’s the migration that makes Serengeti the most famous, over a million wildebeests and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains, for the short rains and later on swirl west and north after the long rains in April, May and June. After a satisfying game viewing in Serengeti you wil head over to the ngorongoro crater, this is the world’s largest inactive intact and unfilled volcanic caldera, it is also a home to large animals including the black rhinoceros.
After an early breakfast your journey to Serengeti national park will begin, you will drive towards central Serengeti. On the way you will be able to view beautiful Rift valley view of Ngorongoro crater as you do game drive and later you will reach serengeti gate. Picnic lunch will be offered and later after having an evening game drive you will spend overnight and dinner will be offered in camp/lodge depending on your preference. The park is filled with different kind of large predators and you just have to keep your head up and locate as many as you can find. You also can’t ignore the dazzling landscape full of grasslands striped zebras, wildebeest and Cape buffalo.
You will wake up early around 6:00am and enjoy the beautiful early sun rise in Serengeti. Immediately either before or after breakfast you will begin your morning game drive, you will get on with game viewing until mid-day where you will go at the picnic area for a hot lunch and you will later leave for Ngorongoro conservation area, while game driving on the way to Simba campsite/lodge where you will have dinner and spend overnight.
After an early breakfast you will commence your journey to Ngorongoro crater, the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera. Almost 25,000 large animals live in the crater; you will feast your eyes on large mammals like black rhinoceros, the Cape buffalo and the third largest type of land mammal the hippopotamus. After having an adventurous day, picnic lunch will be offered and you will later depart to Arusha/Moshi.
